This community sits in an area of San Clemente that is situated on a higher elevation than most other communities. Location

Marblehead is located East of the I-5 Freeway, in the middle of the city of San Clemente. Marblehead’s southern boundary is Avenida Pico and its northern boundary is  comprised of the houses on both sides of Avenida Vista Hermosa. The I-5 Freeway is Marblehead’s eastern boundary and it stretches to Camino Vera Cruz. Marblehead is surrounded by Coast District to the north, North San Clemente to the west, Central to the south and Forster Ranch and Rancho San Clemente to the east.

In the last 12 months, 17 single family homes were sold ranging in price from about $700,00 to $1.2 million with the average sales price of $919,000. All the single family homes that sold in the last 12 months were 3, 4, or 5 bedrooms with 2.5+ baths with the average price per square foot of $363. Most of the homes sold at approximately 4.89% under the original listed sales price with a few homes selling above the original sales price. The average square footage of the homes is about 2,526 sq. ft. with the average lot size was 6,950 sq. ft. All the homes that sold were built in either the 1980’s or 1990’s.

Condos

In the last 12 months, 28 condos were sold ranging in price from about $350,00 to $800,000 with the average sales price of $584,000. All the condo were built in the 1980’s and were 2-4 bedrooms with most 2+ baths. The average square footage was 1,450 sq. ft. and the average price per square foot was $402. The condos on average sold 1.7% under the original sales price.
